He holds PhD in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Wageningen University – Netherlands, MBA Finance – University of Leicester UK, Certificate in Microfinance from India and BSc. Agriculture with a Diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast. Dr Agbeko has 18 years of practical Banking experience and technical knowledge in rural finance, agriculture, entrepreneurship and finance with strong skills in credit analysis for micro, small and medium scale enterprises, concurrently with 5 years’ experience in lecturing and coaching students both in Ghana and Netherlands. He is an international consultant in microfinance, agriculture and entrepreneurship capacity building programs for rural banks, private microfinance institutions and other businesses and companies across Ghana and other developing countries. He holds a PhD in History, MPhil in History and B.A. in History with Philosophy – all from the University of Ghana.  Dr. Mbowura is an Africanist Historian with specialization in conflicts resolution in Northern Ghana. He has been a lecturer since 2004.  Dr. Mbowura worked in a number of public and private universities in Ghana, including the University of Ghana, Regent University College of Science and Technology, Accra College of Medicine, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Accra College of Education.  He has immense experience in teaching of various courses in History, African Studies and other social science disciplines; with vast experience in the writing of curriculum and has developed a number of new programs for the Regent University College of Science and Technology.  Dr. Mbowura has also assisted other university lecturers in Ghana in developing new curricula for their various universities.  Dr. Mbowura is an astute writer and provides editing services to scholars, students and writers. He is diligent, competent, creative, hardworking, versatile, and, above all, is a team player full of drive and vision.  Dr. Mbowura is a scholar with rich research and scholarly skills.  He has contributed to diverse knowledge beyond the teaching of history through his publications in numerous international and local referred academic journals and other monographs.


He holds MBA in Microfinance and BA in Political Science from UCC and UG respectively. He was the General Manager of Ghana Co-operative Susu Collectors Association (GCSCA) for many years.   This body regulates Peer-to-Peer savings and lending cooperatives in conjunction with the Bank of Ghana.  Since 2008, he played a leading role in advocating for a regulatory environment for Susu operators in the categorization of tier–4 in Ghana and this was realized in 2011.  Susu collection in Ghana is a regulated deposit mobilization methodology.  His banking partnerships include: Ecobank EB-Accion, Fidelity Bank, Women’s World Banking Ghana and Barclay’s Bank.  Over the years, his work in alternative financial institutions has assisted tens of thousands of low-income business women in Ghana. He has extensive experience in the business development of small and medium-sized firms in Ghana.

More recently, Mr. Asamany is leading the first-ever energy end-user finance program in partnership with Kumasi Institute of Technology and Environment (KITE) and the United Nations Energy Programme (UNEP) to ensure households access renewal energy products with matching wholesale funds through Susu banks. Mr. Tetteh is currently the Social Development Officer, Dept. of Social Welfare and Community Development. at Tema West Municipal Assembly.  He worked as a part-time Lecturer at the Ghana Christian University College (GCUC) and as the Chief Executive Officer, Centre for Employment of Persons with Disabilities (CEPD), as the National Administrator, Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled (GSPD) and was also the Branch Accountant at Sotrec Ghana and served as the Auditor for Kpondo District Audit Service


He holds a PhD in Commerce from Lucknow University in India, MBA in Finance from Wisconsin’s University College, and BA in Social Sciences from University of Ghana. He is a substantive lecturer at the Ho Technical University and adjunct lecturer at GIMPA Business School, PEREZ University College, and the Dean of School of continuing and professional education at Dominion University College. Mr. Ayeh is the Manager of Projects and Credit Risk at ARB APEX Bank Limited. has practical experience in providing technical support to microfinance institutions.  He has served on several loan approvals committees that seek to provide on-lending funds and technical support to Micro-Finance Institutions.  He is experienced in conducting Micro-finance operational audit. Mr. Ayeh is an authored of several articles and books on microfinance.  He provides Micro-finance capacity training programs for MFIs and also is a facilitator for the certificate Program in Micro-finance and Masters in Micro-finance at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and the University of Cape Coast (UCC) respectively.
